Hi there, nice to (virtually) meet you!

My name is Kelly Wiersema and I’ve been a Project Manager since 2021. Project management wasn’t my original path, but it quickly became my passion.

While leading a team of Virtual Assistants in my own VA agency, I discovered a strong passion for bringing structure to chaos, coordinating teams, and driving projects to completion.

That passion led me to spend a total of two years managing projects for remote marketing and creative agencies, where I’ve helped teams stay on track, hit deadlines, and turn ideas into reality.

To further hone my skills, I became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), and I am continuing to expand my expertise through additional certifications and ongoing learning.

My goal? To help creative teams work more efficiently so they can do what they do best—create.
